Speaker Liaison
Clear, consistent communication with speakers is essential. This includes outlining expectations, confirming logistics, providing briefing materials, and ensuring all details - from tech to timing - are managed professionally and respectfully.
On-the-Day Facilitation
On the day, smooth execution is key. This involves coordinating setup, supporting speakers, managing time, and facilitating discussion, while remaining responsive to any challenges to ensure a successful and engaging experience.
